Buy property and source suppliers in the Philippines, from abroad
Interested in the Philippines but not on the ground? We are your independent boots on the ground. We scout land, inspect properties, and vet suppliers in person, then send you the footage, so you can move forward with confidence from overseas.
What we do for you
- Scout land, farms, and homes and shoot video walkthroughs
- Inspect a property or business before you commit
- Find and verify Filipino suppliers and manufacturers
- Be your trusted eyes for anything on the ground
Good to know
Foreign nationals generally cannot own land in the Philippines, though they can own condominium units and lease land long term. We are not lawyers, so please get local legal advice before any purchase. What we do is give you honest, in person eyes on the ground so you never decide blind.
Tell us what you need. We'll go get it.
Hire us to scout, source, or run it on the ground, with photo and video on every job.
